About Me
EA & Operations Professional — Cebu, Philippines
I'm a registered nurse who never nursed a day in her life, a BPO girl who taught herself to build things, and someone who genuinely can't sit still long enough to have just one thing going on. Over 10 years of making things work — for executives, for teams, and lately, for myself.
The story so far
I've never taken the straight path anywhere. Every move made sense at the time — and somehow they all connect.
2010
Graduated with a BSN and passed the board exams. But while waiting for results I had already landed in BPO, and honestly, I never looked back. The discipline from nursing school — the attention to detail, the staying calm under pressure — carried over completely.
2012 – 2014
Started part-time — content writing, ghost writing, testing the waters. By 2014, my friends and I decided to go all in and co-founded Calibre Outsourcing, a freelancing agency serving real estate clients. It was scrappy, it was a lot, and it taught me more than any formal training could.
2015 – 2020
Joined Noon Dalton after Calibre and within a year was promoted to Team Leader, managing a team of Virtual Employees on-site. It's where I learned to lead — not just manage — and where I started to understand what it means to build a team that actually works well together.
2020
Left the office life and went fully remote. It was a real leap of faith. Joined a real estate appraisal firm as Admin Assistant directly under the Director of Operations, a role I held until 2024. I used every quiet moment to widen my skillset — because if I was going to do this, I was going to do it right.
2022 – 2024
Took on a part-time EA role alongside my admin work and it changed everything. Automations, basic bookkeeping, social media management, Klaviyo, client relations — my then-client was someone who encouraged people to build income around their passions, and working with her made me want to do the same thing.
Now
Available for EA and operations roles while actively building in parallel — digital products, vibe-coded web apps, ebooks, and this site. I'm learning GA4, GHL, Google and Meta Ads, and everything in between. Turns out 10 years of supporting other people's visions was really good training for building your own.
Side quests
Started publishing in mid-2025. Light erotica, dramedy, romantic comedy — the one space where I'm not optimizing anything. Just writing because I love it.
Google Sheets templates built for real use — budget trackers, planners, tools that actually get used. Inspired by a client who showed me you can sell what you know.
Built Padayon (a personal life manager), Catharsis (a sensory reset tool for neurodivergent minds), and a brain-stimulating site — all with the help of AI. This website too.
Listed and live. Another income stream, another thing I taught myself. The goal was always to diversify — and KDP made that surprisingly accessible.
GA4, GHL and automations inside it, Klaviyo, Google Adsense, and soon — Google and Meta Ads. If it helps me or my future clients grow, I want to understand it.
I left my last role to handle a family situation and used the time to learn everything I'd been putting off. I came out of it more capable than when I went in.
A quiet hobby
I photograph the sky when it changes colors. I kept an Instagram account just for this.

10+ years of keeping things running, growing, and actually making sense. If you need someone who shows up, figures it out, and genuinely cares about the work — let's talk.
