Worked directly under the Director of Operations at a real estate appraisal firm — processing and coordinating appraisal requests, reviewing reports for accuracy before client submission, handling calls and emails, and supporting marketing efforts. Four years of being the person who makes sure nothing slips through. I used every quiet moment to expand my skillset, because that's what you do when you take your work seriously.

Co-founded a freelancing agency serving US-based real estate clients. Represented the company to small businesses looking to outsource, negotiated monthly rates, managed end-of-shift reporting, and served as the bridge between clients and the team. My first real experience building something from scratch — and the beginning of understanding what good client relations actually looks like.
